We are now looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team!
Your Responsibilities
As an Operations Administrator, you will work alongside colleagues to handle administrative tasks within home health care. On behalf of your manager, you’ll handle staff scheduling and short-term staffing, as well as order and invoice processing. You’ll manage numerous internal and external contacts every day. There are also practical tasks, such as receiving deliveries and assisting the organization in various contexts.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma and experience in staff planning, scheduling, and invoice processing. You also have experience working with Microsoft Office, and we would prefer that you have experience with the municipality’s systems: Personec, Proceedo, and Hälsoärende. Additionally, a Class B driver’s license is required.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy frequent interaction with people. You are service-oriented, flexible, responsive, and have strong interpersonal skills. The pace and workload of the job can vary, which requires you to be able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work independently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
