Elderly care in Umeå municipality wants to be a resource that frees and strengthens people's ability to live an independent life in proximity and interaction. Skräddarens nursing home is centrally located in Teg, close to the Ume River and beautiful green areas. Skräddaren was built in 2003/2004 and renovated in 2014. Skräddaren has 47 apartments spread over three floors and each floor consists of two smaller units. We are now looking for an operations administrator! Your tasks As an operations administrator with us, you will follow the current goals and procedures of the operations area, with particular emphasis on staffing procedures. You are expected to be a good representative of the organization in contact with employees, relatives, residents and partners. The work is broad, examples of tasks are, but are not limited to: Managing short-term absences in collaboration with the Elderly Care Recruitment Center Working in our scheduling system Multiaccess and SharePoint Payroll related tasks Supporting technical and property-related issues and contacting our IT support/property department if necessary Place and manage orders via the Ordering Center and Proceedo Responsibility for practical details such as access cards, name badges, work clothes and mail handling Our business administrators within Umeå municipality cover for each other and train when needed. About you We are looking for you who have experience of nursing work, as well as very good computer skills where you are used to working in Excel and SharePoint. We would like to see that you are a trained nurse and/or administrator, and that you have previously worked in a mainly administrative role. You have the ability to prioritize and work independently. You enjoy having a lot of contact with people during your working day and have a good ability to handle many cases and contact areas at the same time. Care homes, like the rest of society, are in a constant state of change, which means that cooperation and flexibility are important in order to meet the needs of the business. Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday. As there are visitors with animals in the workplace, you should not be allergic. Selection is ongoing, so do not wait with your application.
