We are part of the Technology and Property Administration, where over 1,000 employees work in five different operations: Property, Streets and Parks, IT, Meal Service and Cleaning and Operations Service. In the administration, we plan, build and take care of properties, roads and outdoor environments. We provide transport services and handle internal assignments to ensure that the municipality's operations run smoothly. For example, we ensure that the IT environment works and is secure, that our premises are kept clean and that the municipality's schools and homes can serve healthy meals. Your tasks As an operations coordinator, you work with the preparation and distribution of tasks for our operational staff within Streets and Parks. This means that you are an important link between the head of the operational area and the operational staff and an important cog in the execution of our basic mission. You will support the Head of Operations and operations activities in investigations and technical issues, participate in the planning of operations and maintenance work and carry out other operational work. During the winter season, you will be part of our winter road maintenance contingency team and work on the planning of manual and mechanical winter road maintenance. Working hours are during the day and may include night, evening and weekend work. On-call duty may be required. About you We are looking for you with relevant training in land and construction, as well as documented experience in the operation and maintenance of streets and green areas. You also have experience in work management with experience of working in smaller projects. It is an advantage if you have worked in a leading position with winter and cleaning and training in Basic P-U. As a person, you are independent, proactive and have good collaboration skills. The position requires you to be structured, organized, flexible and responsible. You have a keen interest in occupational health and safety issues and want to be part of a team that contributes to improvement and good results.
