Dragonen's care home is located on Dragonfältet near the center of Umeå. The care home was built in 2008. The care home has an outdoor environment with two large patios, generous balconies on each floor and good opportunities for outdoor living. The building has three floors with 96 rooms/apartments. Dragonen is a municipal care home. Your tasks With a professional approach and good treatment, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. The resident's co-determination is in focus and you help to ensure that efforts are carried out, with good quality, according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. You will assist with, among other things, showering, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation by the responsible nurse. About you We are now looking for you who have experience of previous work in elderly care and have experience of delegation. If you are a trained assistant nurse or trained care assistant, it is an advantage for the service. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You demonstrate a high level of commitment to both residents and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with residents, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Other duties 4 positions until further notice, part-time 22%, starting soon, by agreement. Working hours are day and evening during weekends.
