A personal assistant helps someone with basic needs, such as eating, dressing, washing and communicating. The assistance is individually adapted and aims to increase the opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent life. Your tasks The user is a little girl living at Tomtebo who needs support with all everyday tasks, such as hygiene, feeding, movement training, inhalations, play and probe. Working hours are during the day and weekends. About you We are looking for you who have a calm, clear and playful way of working. You are a confident person who is structured and can follow routines. We would like to see that you are a trained nanny or have another care or educational education with experience of young children, but this is not a requirement - the most important thing is your personal qualities. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation, you need to have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
