Your mission is to provide support in both everyday life and leisure, and you will be an important part of creating security, structure and quality of life. The work is varied and may include: Support in personal care Help with everyday chores such as cooking, baking and housework Walks, activities and outings Social activities and other elements that create a meaningful everyday life The working hours are day/evening/daytime combined and weekends. About you We attach great importance to personal suitability. You need to be confident, responsive and have a positive attitude. If you like to cook, bake or go for walks, this is a big plus as it is part of the user's everyday life. We would like to see that you have experience and are a trained assistant nurse or have training in health and care, but it is not a requirement - the right personality and commitment are most important. Smoking/animals are present in the workplace, so you should not be allergic. To be able to communicate with users and colleagues, write and read care documentation and receive medication, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
