Your work tasks You will support and help a woman in her daily activities. The work is mainly done in her home, where you help to create structure and order by maintaining good routines. You will also support her with personal hygiene, cleaning and simple physiotherapy. The user enjoys activities such as reading, crafts, social events and going out for coffee. Your role will be to be there to support her in these activities and to help make her everyday life run smoothly and safely. About you We are looking for you who have experience of working with people, preferably in health and social care. It is desirable that you are a trained nurse, care assistant or similar. It is an advantage if you have experience of diabetes, epilepsy and medication administration. As a personal assistant, you need to be sensitive and empathetic, with the ability to put the user's needs in focus. You are responsible, reliable and enjoy creating security and structure in everyday life. Flexibility and patience are important, as are good cooperation skills and a respectful approach. The role often involves practical elements, so accuracy and a positive attitude towards helping where needed are valuable qualities. We attach great importance to your personal suitability.
