Your tasks You will support and help a man with his daily activities. The work is mainly done in his home but also in other places where the user is in his everyday life. You will help to create structure and order by maintaining good routines. The work includes, among other things, nursing, transfers, outdoor activities and other household chores. You work according to the routines that exist, are active in the development areas that are implemented and planned. Otherwise, some administrative tasks such as documentation are also included. About you We would like to see that you are a trained assistant nurse with experience of personal assistance. However, this is not a requirement, the most important thing is your personal suitability for the assignment. In order for you and the user to be able to communicate with each other in a good way, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. As a personal assistant, you need to be sensitive and empathetic, with the ability to put the user's needs in focus. You are responsible, reliable and enjoy creating security and structure in everyday life. Flexibility and patience are important, as are good cooperation skills and a respectful approach. The role often involves practical elements, so accuracy and a positive attitude to helping where needed are valuable qualities. Heavy lifting is involved; mobility aids must be used. Bus links to the workplace are available, but a driving license and car may be advantageous.
