Employment information The position is for an indefinite period of employment, full time, starting 2026-03-02. Your tasks In this position, you will work as a teacher in the preschool class and as a teacher in the after-school program. You are responsible for leading the teaching based on the curriculum, which means planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis and development of teaching. You are part of a work team and it is therefore important to be able to collaborate and lead colleagues with other professional roles in the educational work. Based on the curriculum, you work with children in groups while ensuring that each child receives challenges and support based on their needs. You will also be responsible for documenting children's development and learning. The work involves daily communication with guardians both about the children's everyday life in the activity and their development and any challenges. As part of the service, you will also be with the children at leisure time and during breaks, where you contribute to a safe and stimulating environment. About you As a person, you are committed, flexible, positive and solution-oriented. You can lead colleagues and drive development work. In your work, you lead children and groups of children, you arouse curiosity and are easy to build relationships and collaborate with children, guardians and colleagues.
