Your work tasks As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for leading teaching based on the curriculum. This means that you are responsible for planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis and development of teaching. You are part of a team and it is therefore important to be able to collaborate and lead colleagues with other professional roles in the educational work. Based on the curriculum, you work with children in groups while ensuring that each child receives challenges and support based on their needs. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for documenting children's development and learning. You have daily communication with guardians about how the children have been during the day but also about their development and any challenges. About you As a person, you are committed, flexible, positive and solution-oriented. You can lead colleagues and drive development work. In your work, you lead children and groups of children, you arouse curiosity and are easy to build relationships and collaborate with children, guardians and colleagues.
