Employment information

We are now looking for preschool teachers who want to contribute to an equal, high-quality preschool throughout the municipality. At the time of employment, the position is not initially linked to a specific preschool, but you are employed within the pre- and compulsory school administration.

The position is a permanent position as a preschool teacher within the pre- and compulsory school administration. Probationary employment may be applied.

Your duties

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for leading teaching based on the curriculum. This means that you are responsible for planning, implementation, evaluation, analysis and development of teaching. You are part of a work team and it is therefore important to be able to collaborate and lead colleagues with other professional roles in the educational work.

Based on the curriculum, you work with children in groups and at the same time ensure that each child receives challenges and support based on their needs. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for documenting the children's development and learning. You have daily contact with guardians about the child's day, development and any challenges.

About you

As a person, you are committed, flexible, positive and solution-focused. You can lead colleagues and drive development work. In your work, you lead children and groups of children, you arouse curiosity and are easy to build relationships and collaborate with children, guardians and colleagues. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Requirements

• Preschool teacher license/has applied for a license
• Valid extract from the criminal record
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

• Experience working with children
• Experience working in preschool
• B-driving license and access to a car
