Work tasks Your task as a primary school teacher is to plan teaching on the basis of the curriculum, but also to do more comprehensive planning together with colleagues. You will individually and together with colleagues follow up, evaluate and analyze teaching and assess and document students' knowledge development. You are responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that contributes to students' goal achievement. As a teacher, you are responsible for informing pupils and their guardians about their learning progress. About you You are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment, structure and context for all students. You are well versed in the school's governing documents. You differentiate and vary teaching based on the needs of the students. You share your knowledge and experience to contribute to collegial learning. Building good relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents is an important part of the teaching role. Requirements Teacher's license and authorization to teach music in grades 2-6, or trained teacher in after-school care with authorization in music.
