Work tasks Your task as a teacher in primary school is to plan and implement teaching based on the curriculum, but also to do more comprehensive planning together with colleagues. You will individually and together with colleagues follow up, evaluate and analyze teaching and assess and document students' knowledge development. You are responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that contributes to students' goal achievement. As a teacher, you are responsible for informing pupils and their guardians about their learning progress. Depending on any additional qualifications, teaching may also take place in that subject. The position also involves shared mentoring of a class.
