Hörnefors Central School is an F-9 school with around 440 pupils. The school is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and a stone's throw from the sea. There is access to a swimming pool, artificial grass pitch and ski trails. We are now looking for a primary school teacher in Swedish and English to join our team! Your tasks You will teach Swedish and English for grades 7-9. The assignment includes assessing and grading, as well as tutoring individual students. As a tutor, you should be able to arouse curiosity in students and stimulate them to seek knowledge themselves. In collaboration with teams and colleagues, you are responsible for driving and developing the educational work with the curriculum and municipal goals as a benchmark. Contact and cooperation with parents is an important part of the work. About you We are looking for you who have primary school teacher training with authorization to teach Swedish and English. You have a teaching license / have applied for a license. We want you to have experience of working as a teacher in grades 7-9. You are a confident adult and a good role model. You have a clear leadership with a well-thought-out structure in teaching. You also have an ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good atmosphere. You have knowledge of assessment and grading. If you have a teaching license, attach it.
