We are looking for an experienced buyer who wants to be involved in developing our business in purchasing and procurement.
Job description:
As a buyer at Bostaden, you are a support to managers and project managers in all matters relating to purchasing, procurement and agreements. Procurement is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU), which means everything from writing tender documents, reviewing procurement documents, evaluating tenders to participating in various investigative assignments. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the procurement is done correctly from a legal perspective and to continuously follow up, check and quality assure our agreements and purchases. The role also includes, together with Bostaden's other purchasers, driving the development and improvement of the procurement and purchasing process with a focus on the three sustainability areas, economic, social and ecological.
You will also work with internal training, information to the organization and together with the business managers you participate in the company's quality follow-up with our many contractors.
You are directly subordinate to the CFO and will work independently together with Bostaden's other purchasers.
Competence profile:
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree, or experience that we consider equivalent. You should also have good experience of working with procurement and purchasing, preferably in public operations or public companies. Experience of interpreting rules and law is seen as an advantage, as well as practical experience of working with LOU and construction procurement (AB04/ABT06).
Personal qualities:
The service places high demands on your personal qualities. To fit the role of procurer, you are structured, quality-conscious and have a very good ability to interact and negotiate with others and create good relationships both internally and externally. You should be businesslike, able to work independently and have good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. You are a calm and stable person who has the ability to work systematically even in stressful situations.
