Your work tasks As a program coordinator, you are responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing cultural activities for an adult/senior target group throughout the municipality. You will be expected to create, maintain and establish networks for the implementation of events. Invoicing, budget responsibility and financial follow-up are included in the assignment. About you We are looking for you who have an adequate university education and/or equivalent in the field of culture, such as cultural administration, cultural analysis, cultural studies, literature, music, theater studies or other education that can be tested as equivalent. You have many years of experience working with events and programming activities. Experience in project management and budgeting in cultural production is required. In addition, experience in maintaining and updating websites and social media, audience hosting or similar would be an advantage. You should have a good ability to take projects from concept to implementation. We would like to see that you have established networks in cultural life both locally and nationally. You also need to have good computer skills and be used to working in the Office package. The position requires good ability to plan and structure work, but also good collaboration skills. You are unpretentious and move easily between different cultural expressions. You like people and find it easy to make contacts. You communicate well in speech and writing. If you have other language skills than Swedish, we consider it an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
