Your work tasks This is the role for someone who is energized by project managing complex projects and collaborating with others to find solutions. You'll need a tenacious personality and good project management skills to be successful. You'll need to be comfortable planning, structuring, keeping to schedules and budgets, and leading the project team towards a common goal. You lead projects, and together with your project teams, you create momentum to achieve set goals. A day in the life of a project manager is flexible and varied, with project meetings, tenders, site visits and construction meetings on the agenda. Together with the rest of the team, you participate and contribute to the development of processes and the exchange of experience between each other. Your responsibility is to lead the project process from the design and implementation phase to final inspection and handover to the operating organization. About you We are looking for you who have a college or university degree in civil engineering or who have otherwise acquired equivalent knowledge. You have previous experience from the industry either as a client, consultant or contractor and have worked at least a couple of years as a project manager. We also want you to have good knowledge of the construction industry's standard agreements, AMA, LOU, construction law, etc. We value that you have a great interest in sustainable community building and technology. You provide a professional service and work to deliver assigned projects to the right quality and at the right price. As a person, you are structured, positive, flexible and enjoy working with others. Your ability to independently drive projects forward is important to us. Your IT skills are good and you can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and preferably English. The position requires that you have a B driving license.
