Now we are looking for you who have a great own drive and want to be responsible for and develop Bostaden's real estate system Vitec and relevant processes.
Job description:
As a property administrator with system and process responsibility, you will build and structure Bostaden's property data in the form of property registers, object structure and installation registers in our real estate system Vitec. This means that you are responsible for ensuring that the information contained in the register is correct and up to date. This role will initially involve needs analysis, updating of current data and then move to a more administrative role. As we constantly have ongoing projects in our properties, there are ongoing changes to be added to the register. The service also includes developing processes and routines for information collection from the operations and, together with others, participating in the continued development.
The service is of a project management nature and you will collaborate with most operations in the company. Since real estate data and its components are company-wide and have a central role in our continued development, it is of great importance to create a structure that meets the expectations and needs of the business.
Competence profile:
We are looking for you with a relevant university education or equivalent competence from the real estate industry that we consider valuable in this context. Knowledge of real estate, technical systems, reading drawings and previous work with required processes are important to succeed in the assignment. If you also have experience in developing processes and routines for information gathering, we consider it an advantage.
Driving license B is a requirement.
Personal qualities:
To fit into the role of property administrator with system and process responsibility, you must have a great personal drive, be structured and be able to see both the whole and the connection. The work is mainly independent, but since the position is of a project management nature and you will retrieve information from others in the organization, it is important that you are easy to collaborate and have good communication skills.
