As a coordinator, you will be a key person in the work of creating conditions for and supporting the administration's quality work and enabling a social service based on knowledge.
The Support and Care Administration is responsible for three central areas of activity: authority exercise, disability care and individual and family care. Our mission is to create the conditions for people to live a safe and independent life.
Within the administration there are three perspectives: finance, HR and quality. Within the quality perspective there is The unit for systematic quality work, which is tasked with participating in and creating the conditions for systematic quality work, in accordance with the board's management system for systematic quality work. This includes, for example, working with the requirements and objectives that the activities are subject to, identifying and developing processes and procedures, working with deviations, activity follow-ups and statistics, analysis of quality and continuous improvements. The unit may also have coordination responsibility for audits, inspections and qualitative measurements.
The unit consists of employees with various tasks within the systematic quality work. In addition to three coordinators, there are also socially responsible coordinators (SAS), medically responsible nurses (MAS), process managers, coordinators for the transition to the new Social Services Act and children's rights strategists in the unit.
Your tasks
The coordinators' mission is to contribute to and improve the conditions for the business to work systematically with quality work together with other functions in the unit. The task involves close cooperation with operations and making systematic quality work understandable and adapted to everyday work.

The service includes producing documentation and, if necessary, presenting cases to management and, where appropriate, to the political leadership.
