Job description:

Our neighborhood hosts have many contacts with customers on a daily basis for error reports, questions and when moving in and out. The neighborhood host's tasks also consist of inspections, simple repairs, sanding, snow shoveling, disturbance cases and supervision of common areas such as garbage rooms, laundry rooms, attic storage, basements and outdoor environment. Administration in the form of posting invoices, orders and forecast work is included. The work is largely independent.

Competence profile:

You should have a high school diploma and you should be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, additional language skills are a merit. B-driving license is a requirement. We would like to see that you have experience of service-oriented work.

Personal qualities:

Your personality is important for the position as a neighborhood host. You should enjoy meeting people, like problem solving and be able to handle stress. As a person, you are committed, structured, have good cooperation skills and some practical ability. You should exude confidence, not least because the neighborhood host sometimes has to make uncomfortable decisions.
