Job description:

The neighborhood host is responsible for the service to our customers. Our landlords have many contacts with customers every day for fault reports, questions and when moving in and out. The neighborhood host's task consists of, among other things, repairs, inspections, inspection of garbage rooms, laundry rooms, attic storage, basements and the outdoor environment. There may also be some administration in the form of posting invoices and orders. The work is largely independent.

Competence profile:

You should have general upper secondary education and enjoy working with people and service. Good knowledge of English is a requirement.

Driving license may be needed in some neighborhood host areas.

Personal qualities:

Your personality is important for the position of neighborhood host. You should enjoy meeting people, like problem solving and be able to handle stress. As a person, you are committed, structured, have good teamwork skills and some practical ability.
