When our properties undergo renovation processes, it makes it easier to have a clear contact person that the tenant can turn to with various questions. Therefore, we are now looking for a remodeling coordinator who will act as a link between the tenants, the project manager and the contractor.

Job description:

As a remodeling coordinator, you work together with the project managers in connection with various construction projects, both remodeling and maintenance projects. You will act as the contact person between the project manager and the tenant and will be responsible for collecting tenant approvals, writing and distributing information, organizing information meetings and providing support in the projects.

The service also includes an overall responsibility for the evacuation process, which means, among other things, creating evacuation apartments for our tenants if necessary, as well as coordinating between tenants, movers and the project manager based on the schedule set in the project.

Competence profile:

You should have general upper secondary school qualifications and previous experience from customer service and customer contacts. If you also have experience of working in projects, we see this as a great advantage.

In the role of remodeling coordinator, you have frequent contacts with our tenants, both written and oral, therefore it is of great importance that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English.

Driving license B is a requirement

To fit into the role of remodeling coordinator, you need to have a great own drive, take responsibility and have a high level of service.

As you are an important function between different roles both internally, mainly as support to project managers, as well as externally to our tenants and contractors, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are responsive and committed.

You will meet people with different opinions and approaches, which requires you to be confident as a person, structured and good at communicating in an educational and professional way.

The work involves involvement in several different projects in parallel, which means that you need to be able to easily parry changes, be creative and solve acute problems.
