A new full-time station in Umeå is currently under construction, and we plan to continue growing significantly in the coming years. This means we need to develop both our expertise and our work methods to meet future demands. We are now seeking driven and dedicated rescue instructors for our training and education programs.

Rescue instructors play a vital role in ensuring that our operational staff have the right skills and capabilities for the rescue missions of today and tomorrow. This position is also a key component of the capacity-building initiative within the rescue services during heightened readiness (RUHB), which is currently being implemented in response to the changed security situation.

  • Contribute to the development of our drill and training activities

You are confident, trustworthy, and thrive in a role that combines training, support, and development. As a person, you are responsible, a good teacher, and proactive. You have the ability to adapt content, methods, and communication to the target audience and situation, as well as to foster engagement and create a conducive environment for learning. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your ability to contribute to the development of our organization.
