The Upper Secondary School and Adult Education Board is responsible for the municipality's obligations under school legislation for upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, municipal adult education, special education for adults and Swedish language teaching for immigrants. Type of employment -1 position, full-time, special fixed-term employment. Starting as soon as possible, by agreement, until 2026-06-19. Your work tasks As a resource teacher, you work closely with teachers, other educators and the student health team to create meaningful and educational days for our students. At Dragonskolan, you are a central part of the work of building a safe environment where every student is given the opportunity to develop based on their conditions. Together with the teacher, you plan and structure the school day using adapted pedagogy that gives students both predictability and security. You provide support during lessons and breaks, and help to motivate and stimulate pupils so that they can develop their abilities and achieve their goals. An important part of the assignment is also to participate in the documentation of the students' development and efforts. About you We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education with a focus on working with children and students in need of special support, for example as a student assistant, child care worker or social educator. It is an advantage if you also have training or experience in restaurant / kitchen, as the student is studying the RL program. Experience of working with young people in the NPF area is considered an advantage. As a person, you are responsible, committed and flexible. You have a positive belief in young people's ability to develop and learn. You are responsive, but also clear and confident in standing firm on decisions made.
