Are you the one? The Center against Violence (CMV) works to make visible and counteract violence in close relationships.
Through collaboration with various social actors, we want to increase knowledge, strengthen support for victims and perpetrators of violence to contribute to a society free from violence. CMV offers support to people who live or have lived in relationships where there is physical, mental, sexual or honor violence. We offer support to those who want to stop buying sex (KAST clinic), support to those who have experience of sex for payment, harming themselves with sex and/or have been subjected to human trafficking (MIKA clinic) and collaborate with various actors regarding children who have been subjected to crime (Barnahus).

Your work tasks
At CMV you will have a meaningful and important mission. The work is varied and combines counseling, group management, knowledge transfer and close collaboration with other professional roles. You will be an important part of a team with great commitment and high competence in the field of domestic violence.
Your main tasks will be to:
Provide counseling and conduct psychoeducational support sessions with adults, children and adolescents, focusing on creating safety, promoting change and supporting recovery. Lead support groups for adult victims of violence, where you create a safe environment for reflection, community and processing. Inform, educate and spread knowledge about domestic violence, honor-related violence and other relevant areas within CMV's activities - both internally and externally.
About you
We are looking for you who are a trained social worker or have an education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience of having worked with domestic violence and/or treatment in some form.
It is desirable if you have experience of exercising authority within individual and family care and/or experience of leading group activities for men and women.
You are a confident person with a good ability to meet and listen to people and have good communication skills in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You are used to working with other professionals with different tasks and are good at taking in different perspectives. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
A B driving license is a requirement.
