The role also includes acting as an educational resource and being present both during lessons and breaks. The work is done in close collaboration with the support teacher, special education teacher and subject teacher. About you We would like to see that you have a pedagogical education and experience of working with students with NPF. It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working as a student assistant. You are a safe and stable adult who acts as a good role model, with the ability to create good relationships with the students. You see each individual and contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment, while collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. We are looking for a committed person who shares our values, wants to contribute to continuous improvement and achieve set goals. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
