Your tasks You will work as a student assistant for a student in grade 2. The assignment involves following the student throughout the school day and during extracurricular activities and making the adjustments needed for the student to have a functional and safe everyday life. The assignment is both complex and challenging. We are looking for you who can be a stable and safe support throughout the school day, both in work with individual students in need of support and, if necessary, in smaller groups. You work actively and preventively to create structure, security and good conditions for learning. The assignment may also include elements such as individual teaching based on the teacher's planning and excursions and activities outside the school area. About you As a student assistant, you are a safe and stable adult who acts as a good role model for the students. You have the ability to create trusting relationships and see each student based on their individual needs. Through your work, you contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating school environment. You work closely with colleagues and actively participate in the joint work to achieve set goals.
