Employment information The position is a special fixed-term employment, full-time, starting as soon as possible by agreement until 2026-06-26 with the possibility of extension. Your work tasks As a student assistant at Linblomman, you will be part of a team working with students in primary school. Your mission is both complex and challenging. We are looking for someone who can be a stable support throughout the school day for sometimes groups of students but also individual students in need of support. You work actively preventively to create a functional and safe everyday life. In the assignment, elements such as teaching students individually based on teacher planning, excursions together with students outside the school may occur. About you You are a safe and stable adult who acts as a good role model, with the ability to create good relationships with students. You see each individual and contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment, while collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. Requirements: Successful completion of upper secondary education Experience of working with pupils in need of close adult support Fluency in spoken and written Swedish Valid extract from the criminal record, as a result of the law on suitability control Meritorious: Pedagogical training, for example pupil assistant or childminder Welcome with your application!
