We’re now looking for two student assistants to work with us during the fall semester!

Employment Information

• One position: special fixed-term employment, full-time, starting as soon as possible by agreement through December 23, 2026.
• One special fixed-term position, part-time (80%), starting as soon as possible by mutual agreement and ending on October 30, 2026.

These positions are subject to the necessary decisions being made.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will, among other things:

• Provide support during instruction, social situations, transitions, and other parts of the school day where students need extra support.
• Create a sense of security and build trusting relationships with students.
• Provide individually tailored support based on students’ needs and circumstances.
• Help students understand and follow the school’s routines and structure.
• Provide support during transitions between different activities and environments.
• Prevent and manage situations that may be challenging for students.
• Help ensure that students have the opportunity to participate in instruction and the school community.
• Encourage students’ independence and strengthen their confidence in their own abilities.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, student health services, and other educators.
• Contribute to a calm, clear, and positive atmosphere within the student group.
• Work in the after-school program.

About You

You have a genuine interest in meeting children’s individual needs and circumstances.

You must be able to be clear and consistent while also being flexible and responsive. You have the ability to remain calm even when situations become challenging and can adapt your approach to the students’ moods and needs on any given day. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Certified student assistant/childcare worker or other educational background in early childhood education.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish.
• Valid criminal background check, in accordance with the Act on Suitability Checks.
