Your tasks You will be supporting individual students who are in need of resources throughout the school day and after school. As a student assistant, you work to give students good conditions to participate in joint learning, in various teaching situations, in peer communities and in everyday activities and in social life. The position involves close cooperation with the mentor, teachers and other staff at the school. About you You are a confident adult and a good role model, with an ability to connect with students. You see each individual and create a safe environment in the school and collaborate with others to achieve set goals. As a person, you are flexible, clear and structured. You enjoy working with children with special needs as you are a very important part of their school day. You have good interpersonal skills, are responsive and find it easy to communicate and interact with pupils and other key professionals. You have a good ability to cooperate and have a professional approach to the children, relatives and other actors around the students.
