The school is close to forests and meadows in a pleasant and friendly environment in the middle of the village. The school has 145 pupils from preschool class to year 6 and about 85 children enrolled in after-school programs. The school is characterized by a democratic environment and good cooperation. We are now looking for a student assistant for our school! Your tasks You will work in class as close support to a student and in our after-school program in the afternoons. This means that you will collaborate with the teachers and participate in teaching to challenge and support the student. You are a confident adult and a good role model. You also have an ability to connect with students. You see each individual and create a safe environment in school, working with others to achieve set goals. About you We are looking for you who have at least an upper secondary education with experience of working in school and leisure. You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and we would like you to have a pedagogical education. You are a safe and clear adult with the ability to connect with students and create a safe school environment. You are flexible, structured and enjoy working with children in need of special support. Good collaboration skills, sensitivity and professional treatment towards students, relatives and colleagues are important qualities. We are looking for a committed person who shares our values, wants to contribute to continuous improvement and achieve set goals. Personal suitability will be a key consideration.
