Preferably have relevant experience and/or education but it is not a requirement. Are attentive, responsive, humble and patient. Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. This is a job that requires you to have a soft approach, be able to see what needs to be done and prioritize, and have good patience. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Job Description: With us, you will usually work with people who have a dementia disease, difficulty moving around or otherwise manage themselves. You can either work in a care home, short-term care home or in home care, night patrol or on the security alarm. In all activities, you help the individual with, among other things, everyday chores, dressing, personal hygiene, support at meals, document health status in our medical record system and, on delegation from the nurse, distribute medicine to those who need it. You can work in Umeå city, Holmsund/Obbola, Tavelsjö, Hörnefors and Sävar. If you work with us in the summer, you may be entitled to a summer bonus in certain activities. If you are an old-age pensioner, we offer 25% extra pay during June, July and August. Mileage allowance - if you drive your own car to and from work, you are entitled to a mileage allowance if you work outside the city center.
