You who are looking for:

• Need to be 18 years old.
• Preferably have relevant experience and / or education but it is not a requirement.
• Attentive, responsive, humble and patient.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

This is a job that requires you to have a soft approach, be able to see what needs to be done and prioritize, and have good patience. We attach great importance to personal suitability.

Job description:

With us, you usually work with people who have a dementia disease, difficulty moving or otherwise coping on their own. You can either work in a nursing home, short-term care home or in home care, night patrol or on the security alarm.

In all activities, you help the individual with, among other things, everyday chores, dressing, personal hygiene, support at meals, document health status in our medical record system and, on the delegation of a nurse, distribute medicine to those who need it.

Other:

• For work in home care, you must be able to ride a bike and / or have a B driving license.
• You can work in Umeå city, Holmsund/Obbola, Tavelsjö, Hörnefors and Sävar.
• You who work with us in the summer may be entitled to a summer bonus in certain activities.
• For those who are old-age pensioners, we offer 25% extra pay during June, July and August.
• Mileage allowance - if you drive your own car to and from work, you are entitled to mileage allowance if you work outside the city center.
