Have experience in health and social care and/or training in health care. Are attentive, responsive, humble and patient. Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. This is a job that requires you to have a soft approach, be able to see what needs to be done and prioritize, and have good patience. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Job description: With us, you will usually work with people who have a dementia disease, difficulty moving around or otherwise managing themselves. You can either work in a nursing home, short-term accommodation and within the Night Patrol in the city or in Hörnefors. The work looks different depending on whether you work at night in a residence or in the home service, but generally you support with, among other things, personal hygiene, answer alarms and, when delegated, give medicine to those who need it.
