We are now looking for you who want to work extra as an hourly employee during the spring and/or this summer as a summer substitute. There is also the possibility of temporary/temporary employment during the spring.
Disability care (Support assistant/Support staff/Personal assistant)
In our activities, you work with people with mental, physical and intellectual disabilities. You will meet residents with anxiety, self-harm, psychosis and schizophrenia, and alcohol and/or drug problems. Your mission is to strengthen the individual's ability to live as independent a life as possible, including motivational support and by creating structure in everyday life.

Treatment assistants for the youth residence
The youth residence receives young people aged 16-20 years. At the residence, young people are prepared for independent living and adult life. Together with the social worker, the young person and any guardians, you identify the young person's need for support and plan how the support will be implemented.
Treatment assistants for the Bryggan and Hera support homes
Bryggan is a support home for men over the age of 20 with alcohol and/or drug problems. Hera is a support home for women over the age of 20 with substance abuse and addiction problems.

Who are we looking for?
You should have a completed or ongoing social worker or psychologist education, or another equivalent education.
We would like you to have previous experience of similar work
In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, good knowledge of Swedish is required, both spoken and written.
It is important that you have a high work ethic, are responsive and respect residents and colleagues. You can work both independently and in groups.
B-driving license is a plus.
We attach great importance to personal suitability.
The working hours vary depending on the activity and can be scheduled during the day, evening, weekend, daytime and waking night. You can work occasional hours or on a longer temporary basis.
Summer bonus and special allowance for pensioners in disability care
In disability care, there is the possibility of a summer bonus when working awake at night and based on certain criteria. If you are an old-age pensioner, we offer 25% extra pay. This applies to both single shifts and employment with a monthly salary during June, July and August.
