We are looking for committed employees for funktionshinderomsorgen - and offer sommarbonus for those who want to work in our outer areas! We currently have operations in Hörnefors, Sävar, Holmsund, Obbola and Anumark, among others.

What does the job involve?

In disability care, you work with people who have mental, physical and intellectual disabilities. Your mission is to strengthen the individual's ability to live as independent a life as possible.

Common tasks include supporting with everyday chores, leisure activities, social contacts, personal hygiene and medicine. You can work in a group home or in personal assistance.

The working hours vary depending on the business and can be scheduled day, evening, weekend, day night and awake night.

We are looking for you who:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Preferably have previous care experience or relevant education, but it is not a requirement
  • Are positive, responsive, curious and have a genuine interest in people
  • Have a high work ethic and can work both independently as well as in a group
  • Preferably have a B driving license as it is needed in some of our activities
  • Have a good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing. It is a requirement to be able to communicate effectively and handle care documentation as well as obtain medication delegation,

  • In June, if you are a new temporary worker and working your first summer in disability care, you can attend an inspiring half-day workshop at the Disability Care Learning Center. The training session is a mandatory part of your induction and we look forward to seeing you there.
