Your work tasks As an operations administrator with us, you will work with administrative tasks linked to the business and in collaboration with the unit manager. About you We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and have experience in administration. It is desirable that you have experience of working in health and social care. We see it as an advantage if you are a trained care administrator. You need to have good computer and system skills and it is an advantage if you have experience of working with short-term absences and the Multiacces/Personec and Proceedo business systems. To succeed in the role, we believe that you enjoy a lot of contact with people. You are service-oriented, flexible, responsive and have good interpersonal skills. The work can vary in pace and workload, which requires you to be able to prioritize, handle stress and work independently. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday. For this position, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
