Your work tasks
As an operations administrator with us, you will work with administrative tasks linked to the business and in collaboration with the unit manager.
Among other things, you will:
Independently work with short-term absences in the organization, receive and record daily absences and be responsible for assigning resource passes.
Be the contact person with the Elderly Care Recruitment Center regarding pool and short-term staffing.
Posting and daily updating of schedule sheets and substitute lists on SharePoint.
Make technical changes to the MA schedule in consultation with the activity's scheduling support and the head of unit.
Distribute access cards/tags, name badges and work clothes to new employees.
Placing orders, reviewing invoices and signing delivery notes, receiving and distributing goods.
Printing e-purchases and placing orders with good knowledge of the ordering system and Procedo.
Perform and have knowledge of the operation, maintenance, ordering and management of the residence's alarm and lock systems, make fault reports to the property.
Report faults to the property and be the contact person for the facility's caretaker.
Managing the establishment's mail, ordering internal envelopes and stamped envelopes, distributing mail.
Other tasks as delegated by the head of unit.
Care-related work may occur to some extent.
About you
We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and have experience in administration. It is desirable that you have experience of working in health and social care. We see it as an advantage if you are a trained care administrator. You need to have good computer and system skills and it is an advantage if you have experience of working with short-term absences and the Multiacces/Personec and Proceedo business systems.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you enjoy a lot of contact with people. You are service-oriented, flexible, responsive and have good interpersonal skills. The work can vary in pace and workload, which requires you to be able to prioritize, handle stress and work independently. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday.
For this position, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
