The elderly care in Umeå municipality wants to be a resource that frees and strengthens people's ability to live an independent life in proximity and interaction. Home care is responsible for care and rehabilitation in patients' homes.

Now we are looking for an operations administrator to work this summer!

Your duties

As an operations administrator, you will work with colleagues to handle administrative tasks in home care. You manage on behalf of the manager, staff planning and short-term staffing, order and invoice management. Furthermore, you will work with scheduling, orders, invoice management and authorizations. You will deal with many internal and external contacts every day. There are also practical elements such as receiving goods and helping the business in various contexts.

The working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday-Friday.

About you

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education. You also have experience of the Office package, staff planning, scheduling and invoice management. The service requires a good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing as well as a B-driving license.

It is meritorious if you have worked in the municipality's systems such as Personec, Proceedo and Hälsoärende. If you also have experience of the role of business administrator and work with Multiaccess and short-term staffing, it is also seen as meritorious.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you enjoy a lot of contact with people. You are service-oriented, flexible, responsive with good social skills. The work can vary in pace and workload, which requires you to have the ability to prioritize, manage stress and work independently. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
