The business uses a well-functioning and efficient digital intervention planning with clear routines for each individual user. Your tasks As a support and care staff, you will support users in their everyday life with granted efforts such as food, cleaning, laundry, personal care / shower, transfers and planning of activities. In connection with some transfers and care moments, double staffing occurs. The role also includes planning, implementing, documenting, following up and evaluating interventions both independently and in collaboration with others. You offer individual, social and practical support to enable and utilize the person's own abilities and thus create the conditions for independence. You work to make the individual participate in their everyday life and have a meaningful leisure and/or employment. The assignment is an independent job but takes place in close collaboration with users, colleagues and relevant cooperation partners. Working hours are day, evening and weekend. Co-planning may take place between our activities. Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids must be used. About you We value a professional approach that includes humility, patience and flexibility. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Requirements: At least a high school diploma or health and social care education at Komvux level Previous experience of working in healthcare (disability care or elderly care) Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing Meritorious: Trained assistant nurse, care assistant, social worker or other education that the employer considers equivalent Experience of working with people with intellectual disabilities Experience of using lifting aids in connection with transfers Previously had medication delegation Experience of clarifying pedagogy, visual aids, and/or AAC Other information To ensure that the candidates invited to interview are those who best meet the requirements and qualifications of the post, we use selection questions.
