Rampljusallen 7 & 9 are group homes under LSS for people with functional variations.
The group homes are characterized by an environment where you are met with respect and professionalism where everyone is given the opportunity to develop based on their individual conditions.
The work at Rampljusallén is based on individual planning with the user at the center where we support the individual in situations both inside and outside their own home. The aim is to create good conditions for functional living, employment, health and leisure.

Your tasks
In your work, you support people with mental disabilities in their everyday lives. You work to strengthen the individual's ability to understand and express their needs, participate in social contexts and develop their independence.
You offer individually tailored social and practical support based on each person's circumstances. This may include talking, support at home with cleaning, laundry and cooking, accompanying people to medical appointments and helping with personal care such as showering. Your work helps to create structure, security and a meaningful everyday life with opportunities for leisure activities and employment.
In our operations, we work on the basis of a low-effective approach, where cooperation and communication within the work group are crucial to creating stability and security for the residents and preventing situations of concern, threats or violence.
Co-planning with other activities may take place.
About you
We are looking for someone who is confident, has a genuine commitment to people and has the patience to see long-term results.
Requirements
High school diploma
Some years of experience in health and social care work
Experience in flame-effective treatment in connection with threat and violence situations
An advantage
Care program, support educator, social worker or other education that the employer considers equivalent
A few years of experience working with people with mental disabilities
Experience of working with older people
In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and read care documentation and obtain medication, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
