We are now looking for a support assistant for our daily activity Aros Servicegrupp at Nydala! Aros consists of several units, most of which are located in the same building at Carlshem, but we also have a service group based in the Nydala area. The target group has neuropsychiatric disabilities, mental illness and/or co-morbidity, but other disabilities also occur. The purpose of daily activities is to provide participants with meaningful employment and support in becoming as independent as possible, based on their individual circumstances. The activities create opportunities for community, participation and better structure in everyday life - which for many means an increased quality of life. Aros Servicegrupp has its operations adjacent to Lake Nydala in a fenced area with space for timber storage, barracks, cutters and splitters required for the business. The work is preferably carried out outdoors all year round. The work tasks for our participants are largely about firewood management so that our barbecue areas in the area have firewood available. To support the participants' work, we use job descriptions with images and text, instructional videos, time aids, computer programs, etc. - all to provide the conditions for independence in the work. Aro's work tasks are carried out on assignment in collaboration with the municipality, companies, interest organizations and private individuals. The units cooperate and plan together based on the participants' needs and the conditions of the business. Your work tasks You plan, structure, support, guide and develop assignments and tasks based on each individual's needs, with the aim of creating a meaningful and stimulating everyday life. The work is characterized by flexibility, continuity and security. You are also responsible for various administrative tasks, such as documentation, record keeping and drawing up implementation plans. Monitoring and evaluation are a natural part of the work process. We particularly value the ability to treat the target group in a professional and respectful manner. Another central part of the role is to lead and distribute assignments to the participants, with a focus on creating good conditions for increased independence and participation. The organization works in a structured way with the following methods: Supported Employment (SE) with emphasis on ABK (basic requirements of working life) An independent life (ESL) Motivational Interviewing (MI) Working hours are during the day, but there may be work in the evenings and weekends. Co-planning takes place between our activities. About you You have good interpersonal skills and a professional approach to participants, relatives and other stakeholders. We attach great importance to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users and colleagues, write and read care documentation and receive medication, you need to have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
