Your tasks The new business is a holistic solution where both short-term accommodation and short-term supervision (leisure) are carried out by the same staff group. You and your colleagues will work closely with a child in a home-like environment. The child's disability means that you will encounter a complex behavioral profile that places high demands on treatment, patience and relationship building. Working hours are day, evening, night and weekend. Your mission involves: supporting the child in everyday life and strengthening the child's ability to be independent creating a safe, predictable and stimulating environment planning and implementing individually adapted activities such as play, crafts, games and walks work on structure and diversion to prevent and manage situations that might otherwise lead to outbursts work closely with parents and networks around the child to ensure holistic support carry out household chores and personal care/intimate hygiene when needed documenting, keeping records, drawing up implementation plans and managing medication We offer you A meaningful job with the opportunity to influence and create conditions for the child Introduction and the opportunity for supervision An activity where the child is in focus About you We are looking for you who are calm, confident and committed - with your heart in the right place. You have good collaboration skills, a professional approach and enjoy working closely with colleagues, users and relatives. You are aware that it takes time to build relationships and use creativity and playfulness in your approach. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation, etc. it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Requirements: Health and care program, child and leisure program, trained preschool teacher or other education that the employer considers equivalent Experience of working with people with disabilities Meritorious: Experience of working with children and young people with physical and intellectual disabilities Experience in flame-effective treatment of acting out behavior / threats and violence situations Experience of working with visual aids (TAKK) B driving license To ensure that the people invited to interview are the best match for what we are looking for, we use selection questions.
