Your tasks The new business is a holistic solution where both short-term accommodation and short-term supervision (leisure) are carried out by the same staff group. You and your colleagues will work closely with a child in a home-like environment. The child's disability means that you will encounter a complex behavioral profile that places high demands on treatment, patience and relationship building. Working hours are day, evening, night and weekend. You have good collaboration skills, a professional approach and enjoy working closely with colleagues, users and relatives. You are aware that it takes time to build relationships and use creativity and playfulness in your approach. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation, etc. it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
