Uttervägen is a group home according to LSS with a focus on intellectual disabilities. The home is home to young, active residents with many leisure activities. Then we think you will enjoy working with us! Your tasks As a support assistant, you support the user in daily life based on granted interventions. This may involve support with meals, cleaning, laundry, personal care and transfers, as well as planning and implementing activities. You provide both social and practical support with a focus on strengthening and utilizing the individual's own abilities, and creating good conditions for independence and participation. The role includes participating in activities based on the users' interests and needs - for example, in the stable, at the gym, at home or in nature. The work also includes documentation and record keeping, work with implementation plans and medicine management. Heavy lifting as well as threats and violence may occur in the business. About you You have a good ability to cooperate and have a professional approach to users, relatives and other actors around our users. You are committed and have a willingness to share our values and work towards set goals and to work with continuous improvements. You have a solution-focused and flexible approach and enjoy creating and maintaining structure. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and more, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language - both in speech and writing. Smoking and furry animals may occur in the workplace so you should not be allergic.
