You will work closely with the individual and create the conditions for a life that is as independent and full of content as possible. Among other things, you will: - Provide support in daily routines such as meals, cleaning, laundry and personal care - Participate in activities such as play, crafts, games, walks and outdoor activities - Working closely with parents and relatives to ensure safety and continuity - Writing medical records, documenting and drawing up care plans - Manage medication and assist with administrative tasks - Plan activities, book stays and assist in scheduling The work also involves co-planning with other activities in the field of disability. Threats and violence and heavy lifting may be involved. Working hours are day, evening and weekend. Who are you? You are easy to work with and treat users, relatives and external actors in a professional and respectful manner. You are educational, committed and share our values. You are also comfortable in dealing with challenging behaviors and have the ability to handle these situations in a professional manner. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Requirements - Nursing and care program, child and leisure program, preschool teacher program or other education that we consider equivalent - Experience of working with adolescents/young adults with neuropsychiatric and/or physical disabilities - Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious - Experience from LSS, short-term housing or similar activities - Experience of nursing work - Knowledge of TAKK, AAC or clarifying pedagogy - Experience of working in environments where threats and violence can occur - Experience of supervision, planning or motivational work - Good computer skills and experience with documentation systems Other requirements By law, everyone working in activities with children and young people under the age of 18 must present a valid extract from the police criminal record at the time of employment.
