Backenvägen 107 is a special housing according to LSS for young adults with autism, among other things.
The business has six accommodation places.

We are now looking for two support assistants: one permanent position starting April 1, 2026 and one temporary position from April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
Your tasks
You will support people with mental disabilities in their everyday lives. You will offer individual, social and practical support to enable and utilize the person's own abilities and thus create the conditions for independence.
The work requires planning and being able to be educational and solution-focused as unexpected situations can arise. In everyday life, you work a lot to motivate and encourage the residents. In the workplace, we work with low-effective treatment.
Co-planning occurs between our activities in Disability Care
About you
You are calm and confident, have good self-awareness and use a low-impact approach. You work in a structured and professional manner in collaboration with the team, the manager and other networks. Great importance is attached to personal suitability and the ability to work in a team.
In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
Requirements
Nursing and care program, social work program or other education that the employer considers equivalent
Experience of working in LSS
Meritorious
Experience of working with sign language and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)
Experience working with people with autism.
