Rödbergsvägen is a group home according to LSS with four beds for people with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Rödbergsvägen has 16 employees and is located below Rödberget near Rödäng. Since the business started in January 2021, business development and quality work have been in focus. As a new employee with us, you will be part of a well-functioning team that works with the user's needs at the center. You will work closely with colleagues and the head of unit and see good results from the work that is done.

Your tasks
In your role as a support assistant, you work closely with the user and are available to them through all stages of everyday life. All planning is individual where the user's needs are at the center. The goal is, for each individual, to create good conditions for functional housing, employment, health and leisure.
The tasks also include administrative parts in the form of documentation and preparation of schedules and other clarifying materials. You are expected to be able to document, access documentation, obtain medication and have a good ability to express yourself professionally in Swedish in both speech and writing.
The working hours are day, evening, weekend and daytime. Co-planning may take place with other activities.
About you
We want you to be a trained nurse or have other education that the employer considers equivalent, such as the children's and leisure program, the social work program or the special education program. You have experience of working with neuropsychiatric disabilities and intellectual disabilities. It is an advantage if you have experience of clarifying pedagogy and/or signs as support.
We value a professional approach that includes humility, patience and flexibility. The work requires the ability to work both independently and in teams with colleagues, to take your own initiative and to express yourself well in speech and writing. We also want commitment and openness to development work both in your own workplace and in the entire field of activity. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
The position requires a B driving license.
