Umeå municipality and the social services are facing a major challenge in the coming years with an increased population that will need support and help to cope with their everyday lives. One part of the skills supply is digitization. We at the social service's system management have a large part in this, as we manage and develop the operational systems that the social service (Support and Care and Elderly Care) uses, including Treserva, Intraphone, LifeCare SP, Phoniro and Sensio. The social services' system management works according to the PM-3 management model, where an IT-related part and an operational part work together. We are part of the operational part, which currently consists of an object manager and 11 system administrators/object specialists. The object is tasked with delivering object management, user support, change management and daily IT operations and maintenance for all IT components included in the object. Our customers are all organizations that are part of the social services. In addition to maintenance, the object is also responsible for further development of the IT components, from version upgrades to contract follow-up. We are now looking for a deputy system administrator! Your tasks In the role of deputy system administrator, you work operationally with IT support and welfare technology used in social services operations. You are a key person in the management organization and act as the central interface with the staff who use the systems in their daily work. The main focus of the role is to provide support to end users - ensuring that the systems work in practice and that users get the help they need. This means that you will primarily work with: Providing user support and guidance - answering questions, solving problems and guiding staff in system use. Performing system administration and authorization administration - managing user accounts and rights. Logging and other administrative tasks - for example, developing and revising procedures and manuals. Investigating and following up on cases - analyzing and fixing errors, and ensuring that solutions work. About you We are looking for you who are trained as a social worker, nurse, system scientist, behavioral scientist or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. We would like to see that you have work experience in the social services areas, e.g. exercise of authority, providers or health care. You should have experience as a user of process support (Treserva), planning tools (Intraphone) or welfare technology and e-services. It is advantageous that you have work experience as a super user, system supervisor or equivalent and experience of working in case management systems. You plan and implement activities with great accuracy. You work in a structured manner and have good pedagogical and communication skills that you can apply to varying conditions and needs of the parties involved. You can highlight issues from different perspectives and are solution-oriented. In the role, you have many contacts externally and internally and it is important that you are responsive and able to handle changing needs and conditions. We strive for an organization characterized by equality and diversity in all respects. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
