Recruitment process

Your application will be handled on a rolling basis and matched against our schools' current recruitment needs. You can choose to specify a preferred school or geographical area, but you can also apply for all our activities. If your profile matches the requirements profile, you will be contacted for a first meeting with a recruiter. If the recruiting manager deems you suitable for the recruitment process, you will be invited for an interview.

Note that you can indicate specific activities in your application, even if there is no recruitment need for that particular activity at the time of application.

Your dutiesin preschool class

Your task as a teacher in preschool class is to plan, individually or together with your colleagues, for teaching that promotes learning, based on the needs, interests and experiences of the students. You will challenge pupils by inspiring new discoveries and knowledge. Your teaching will offer a variety of working methods, forms of expression and learning environments that promote the transition from preschool to school and after-school care. You are responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student feels seen and encouraged. Contact and cooperation with guardians is an important part of the work.

Your duties in grades 1-3

Your task as a teacher in primary school is to plan teaching based on the curriculum, but also to do more comprehensive planning together with colleagues.You will individually and together with colleagues follow up, evaluate and analyze teaching and assess and document students' knowledge development. You are responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that contributes to students' goal achievement.As a teacher, you are responsible for informing students and guardians about the student's knowledge development and sometimes, individually or together with a colleague, having mentor responsibility.

About you

You are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment, structure and context for all students. You are well versed in the school's governing documents. You differentiate and vary teaching based on the needs of the students. You share your knowledge and experience to contribute to collegial learning. An important part of the teacher's role is to build good relationships with students, colleagues and guardians.

Strong emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Requirements

• Teacher's license/application for teacher's license for preschool class/grade 13
• Valid extract from the criminal record
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

Meritande

• Experience of working in preschool class / grades 1-3
• Experience of working with children and young people
