Your tasks Your task as a teacher in after-school care at an adapted primary school is to offer a meaningful leisure time where you are based on the needs, interests and initiatives of the students but also inspire new discoveries. Together with your colleagues, you offer pupils a variety of working methods, forms of expression and learning environments where care and learning are integrated. You collaborate with educators in school to contribute to students' goal achievement. Contact and cooperation with guardians is an important part of the work. About you You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, have the ability to vary teaching and activities based on students' needs. You are a confident adult and a good role model who has the ability to connect with students, see each individual and create a good learning environment. You motivate students by allowing them to participate and make their own suggestions. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
