Väven hosts performances and programs in various genres. We are now looking for technicians for our activities in Väven! Your tasks You will be involved in mail and goods handling, book distribution and sorting, newspaper and magazine sorting and distribution. The work includes maintenance of the City Library's return machine, transportation and providing service to local libraries. Programming doors and alarms, handling access cards, repair and maintenance are also included. You will also work on the construction and carpentry of furniture, lighting and equipment. Property services and program and event services, including furnishing for events that are an important part of the work. The position involves physically demanding tasks and heavy lifting. About you We are looking for you who have an upper secondary education with a technical focus, such as caretaker training or equivalent. You have at least one year's experience of working as a technician or other practical work involving repairs and maintenance. We would like you to have experience of programming locks and alarms. You have very good social skills, the ability to cooperate and you see yourself as a team player. You have a keen interest in finding solutions to practical challenges and are used to working in the office package. Driving license B is a requirement. Experience in the following is an advantage supervisory tasks such as schedule management and temporary staffing practical work with events programming locks and alarms training in the IT field experience working with computers and IT experience in stage technology, streaming, sound and lighting technology Other information The position is a temporary position, part-time 75%, starting 2025-11-01 until 2026-06-30.
